1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you may not use our services. In these Terms, "we", "us" and "our" refer to Netronsoft as the operator of Pixelural.
2. Description of Service
Pixelural is an AI-powered brand and content platform. It allows you to generate a brand kit from your website URL, import products, create on-brand content across social media platforms and blogs, conduct market and competitor research, schedule automated content runs, and publish to connected social accounts. Features are powered by AI providers (via an AI gateway), image generation models, and live web research.
3. User Accounts
- You must be at least 18 years old to use our services
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
- You must provide accurate and complete information when registering
- You may not share your account credentials with others
- Each account may manage multiple businesses, subject to the capacity limit on your account
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use Pixelural to generate content that is unlawful, defamatory, or infringes third-party intellectual property rights
- Attempt to scrape, reverse-engineer, or abuse our APIs or streaming endpoints beyond their intended use
- Use automated scripts to generate content at a rate that circumvents credit limits
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or other users' data
- Resell or redistribute the platform or generated outputs without permission
- Use connected social accounts in violation of the platforms' own terms and policies
5. Credits and Purchases
Pixelural uses a one-time purchase model — there are no recurring subscriptions. You purchase content credits, research credits and additional capacity (more businesses and scheduled tasks) from the Shop as needed. Credits are consumed when you generate content or research. All purchases are final and non-refundable except as required by law or at our sole discretion. Unused credits do not expire unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.
6. AI-Generated Content
Content generated by Pixelural is produced by third-party AI models and may occasionally be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your purposes. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and ensuring the appropriateness of any content before publishing or distributing it. Pixelural makes no warranty regarding the accuracy, legality, or fitness of AI-generated outputs.
7. Connected Social Accounts
When you connect LinkedIn, Facebook or Instagram accounts you authorise Pixelural to publish the content you create or schedule on your behalf. You are responsible for what you publish and for complying with each platform's terms and policies, including the Meta Platform Terms and the LinkedIn User Agreement. Platforms can change or revoke access at any time, and we are not responsible for interruptions caused by third-party platforms. You can disconnect an account at any time under Accounts.
8. Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of the brand data, product information, and other content you provide to Pixelural. You also own the AI-generated outputs produced from your inputs, subject to the terms of the underlying AI model providers. Pixelural retains all rights to the platform, its code, and its technology.
9. Limitation of Liability
Pixelural shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use our services, including any losses arising from AI-generated content or third-party service outages (AI providers, image generation models, social platforms, payment gateways).
10. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your access to generated content and brand data will cease.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the revised Terms of Service on this page and updating the date above.
